Maxime Tanguay I first studied Cinema before the power of painting hits me.
Since this first contact I dedicate my life by creating vivid, evocative, emotional and colorful painting.

I'd done shows in Québec, in Spain (Artistas Plastico Goya Aragon) and Italy (Arteria). I'd sold many painting in the past 7 years.

Curiosity is what's drive my art.
Science and it's discovery awakes in me some sort of spiritual state that I try to represent the best as I can in my work.

Painting's really simple for me; it's about the fight between me (my inner visions or imagination) and the material world. I just try to forget the accident or error, being confident of what I do.

My paintings are full of line, colours and details.
In my painting you'll see a constant combat between the forms all trying to emerge in the real world.
